I have a 94 E350, and mine has 2 fuse boxes. One is under the steering column at the driver's seat, by the brake pedal. The other is under the hood, when you're facing the van it's just a little to the left and below the driver's side battery.

check your fuses

It could be your shock/strut for sure. It could also be other suspension parts like the control arm or ball joints but I would suspect shocks first. If you arent extremely proficient, I would leave this repair to the pros. It isnt hard but it is incredibly dangerous. To get the old shock off you need to compress the spring with a special tool, and once it is compressed, it is like a bomb waiting to go off and could easily kill you. Take it to a shop and have them confirm the problem then do the repair. It should be around 150 for the part ( or less!) and another 100 for the labor.

I have an 86 motorhome and all the fuses are located in a box under the sink just above the floor. Cover is brown.

check this out with a panel repair shop but I think that you will gain access if you remove the inner kick panel ( bit near your foot ) and there will be a hole in the body work that will allow access to the bolt head.. If it is higher up then you may have to take out the glove box to get access.

We need more information

I would be looking at the drive belt missing or so bad that it has to be replaced . The battery light is from the alternator not charging --- the increase in temperature is from the water pump not working and the hard steering is from the power steering pump not working. All indications that the drive belt is missing or shot.

Check whether you do have any front shock either seized ( lock up ) causing the suspension to become stiff. Or if the front Left side wheel brake pump does not respond.
