I was told by some its an electrical fault in the wiring. But where and were to start.....is it a DIY?
Problem with airbags is dealership fix.most time see airbags light flashing the airbags self diagnosis has spot a problem.dealership has to code scan see what causing airbags light to flash.

well i had that in my mazda 626 and it could be fuel filter or you need to get new spark plugs

It may be the switch on the brake pedal, it should be located on top of the brake pedal arn.

what u do to stop the vehicle and remove the battery head and refix,if the problem still persits go for thorough scanning.

I would assume the acceleration sensor, (probably a mercury tilt switch), is improperly mounted. It has to be perfectly vertical.
