1.5 crdi cerato does it have atiming beltor chain

It has timing chain not belt.

Pretty sure it would be a belt, though I've never heard of this car. Engines with timing belts are considerably cheaper to manufacture than engines with chains. Not sure if any manufacturer would still be making such a small engine with a timing chain.
Pull off or peek behind the upper timing cover to be sure. Belts are wide, chains are quite narrow.
