Your boot lock switch has proberly came loose or has no power or earth to it. You will need to check these things.

get in your car close door hit the unlock button then put key in the ignition cycle the key from off to on (STOP BEFORE START POSITION) cycle key off to on 7 times after the 7th trime the doors should lock the unlock automatically that means u are in trainning mode hit the unlock button on key fob. the key fob should now work if it doesn't then try changing batt

Seems like either your lock needs replacement or some stuff obstructing its locking mechanism.
Try spraying some lubricant or WD-40 on the lock, and see what comes out.

if it is a push button release check the cable is not being stretched when you close the boot.usually held on by adjustable clips
