There are a couple Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs) published by Ford Motor Company concerning front-end/driveline shake and noises. One has to do with the companion flange angle on your drive shafts and the other has to do with contact being made with the jounce bumper on the fron axles (4X4 only)
My recommendation is to take it to a professional auto repair technician and have him drive it and give you his opinion of whether these TSBs may apply to your situation.

Cx-9 with 59,000 miles just serviced vibrates and shakes terribly when accelerating between 45-55 mph in gear 5 especially

It sounds like your some of your tire balance weights might have come undone, meaning you need to have your tires balanced. Or there may be a more serious problem with a tie rod end being wore out, or a ball joint or possibly wheel bearing. The wheel bearing would be accompanied by a whining, or howling. I'd steer toward a tie rod, or out of balance tire and wheel. Hope this helps!

I get a right front end vibration when driving between 40-50 mph it stops when I take my foot off the gas. It is most noticeable on curved roads. I adjusted my tire pressure to 26 psi which is...

You either have a bad CV joint, probably an outside CV joint or a tire out of balance. There is a slim possibility the problem is a ball joint, bushing or bearing if you have done 4 wheeling or cross country driving or hit a few pot holes hard but start by having the tires balanced then look at the CV Joints and then the rest.

My jeep liberty started vibrating a little at 40-55 mph and then if you let off gas it stops? is it safe to drive?

Have the tires checked for balance and out of roundness.
Probably it's ok to drive if the vibration doesn't throw the driver off.

I have a 2001 ford 7.3 crew cab truck has a bad vibration at 40 mph have changed all u joints and carrier bearing had rear end checked trans fluid changed still there any ideas what might be

tires are the number one problem for highway speed vibration (assuming your engine is running ok).

Have them balanced and rotated and have them check the roundness (or lack thereof) while the tire and wheel are on the computerized wheel balancer.

Vibration when I'm going at high speeds

you might want to have tires checked and see if 1) the balance is good on the tires. 2) the rims are not bent. 3) the tires are in good shape and dont have a busted belt internally in the tire.

also might want to check out the wheel bearings. the tires is most likely your issue. hope that helps.

Vibration at 75 mph

Must be bad u-joint. To check it, let off the gas pedal. If it stops right away, it's the u-joint. If it takes a few seconds, it's a tire out of balance, or a bent wheel.

Vibration between 55 and 62 mph

Check wheel bearings on all four corners and check front ball joints and tie rod ends for play.
