WELL ALL 96 UP CARS USA , sensor CKP KA24DE engine real name. 2004 year it is right next to the starter (rear of crank) 2 wires. if obd2 scans shows its not bad it is not bad. Fuse 4 for audio. BCM probably does mirrors as well.

Could be one of a few things. Head light switch bad, hazard light switch/relay could be the problem or your turn signal switch.
