Have a 2001 town and country it suddenly started running really bad cutting out and surging it would barely go about 4mph the engine light is on and the battery light is on it has codes p1684, po601, po122, po123, po118, po106, po206, p1478, po1496 why would it suddenly have all these codes

Looks to be a pedal position sensor.

P0601 : ECM internal Failure.
it said that the ECM is unable to communicate with the SPI line.
probable causes:
shorted input sensor
shorted electrical circut
failed ECM . ------------ P0601 is Internal Controller Failure- Common repair is Install new PCM and program it. -------- The other code is related, Best thing to do, so you do not replace every part by trial and error, in this case have a pro hood up his computer and he can break it down to the main cause to fix that code, and the other one that is related.
