Assuming that this is an automatic, the NSS is a common problem. A common, cheap and easy ten minute
bypass method has been developed to get around the problem or at the least to use to confirm the diagnosis of a failed switch.

find the engine block breather pipe ,check see if its blocked , should be clear , might need cleaning , could be blocked ,try clean out using white spirit
Have a code PO1124 on 1996 Saab 900 what does it mean
It just means your Throttle Position Sensor is out of Self-Test Range. This is usually because your throttle linkage might be bent or binding or the throttle plate is not closing correctly. If the car runs and idles fine, I don't think it's anything to worry about. It may be that the sensor itself is not functioning properly.
Windows
If no windows on the car work at all, then check the fuse box for a blown fuse.
Soft top fault
This needs to go to the dealer to have the systems control module scanned for fault codes during an "active" test cycle.
