Power steering fluid leaking

most likely cause is a union where the flexible pipe joins the metal pipe ,on the power feed side of the system so follow pipe from pump to the steering rack and the high pressure pipe where it goes from metal to rubber is where you will find the leak

Ignition key

Try a spare key, if the spare has the problem too, go get lithium grease from the hardware store. (ask an associate who makes keys) and spray it on the KEY only and put it in and try again...do this a few times and it should free it up a bit. Sometimes the tumblers inside the lock get "stuck" from use...

Lost the only keys to my 1996 saab 900

The dealer might have the only solution, but if they can't help you buy a new car, it's $1600 to have it rekeyed. Thats what a saab dealer told me, I could be wrong. Blue book on the car is also about $1600. They could have just been trying to get me to buy a spare key theyre only $60.

Resetting my convertible to work after I used the manual release to put the top up

After a manual raise or lower of the convertible top using the red latch behind rear seat....Gap in cover near window right ? Unhitch the cover on the passenger side rear near gas tank and inside you'll see the convertible motor. The rear level disengages the motor so you can move the top manually. Snap the motor back into place and then push the top control to fully close the top eliminating the gap. Then you'll have to find out why it stopped in the first place.

Saab 900s window off the track

You will want to see if the clips that hold the window into the regulator are broken or not. If they look okay than your window regulator may need to be greased or replaced.

Having tried to lower the rear seat so I can put the roof down manually I have found that I cannot unlock the seat on the drivers side , does anyone have any tips on how I could move the seat ? Thank

If you can see it on the other side, note how the seat locks in place, and how the latch works, and see if you can find a way to trip the other side. Sometimes, you just have to pull the lever and yank pretty hard to free a sticking mechanism. Once you get it open, lube it well.
