Yes that is a possibility, along with about a hundred other possibilities, I wouldn't go buying any parts just yet you need to do some more diagnoses first. Also, there is not much info here for example, did it restart later, or did you have it towed from the side of the road, does it now crank but wont start, does it not even crank, does it start and die. Did it just run out of gas? what was the manner in which it died, suddenly or more like running out of gas?

If you know it has gas in it, and it cranks but wont start you could have a bad fuel pump, or it could be an ignition problem. You need to determine if it has no spark or no gas, then we have something to go on.

Three component that need to be available for the vehicle to start fuel (you need the right pressure) Spark the ignition must be able to ignite the sparkplugs, Air you need a proper ratio to maintain idle. You can be looking for a distributor, or a fuel pump

Heater warms up but doesn't get hot. Could it be the thermostat or antifreeze?

This would most likely be caused by a defective engine coolant temperature control thermostat. There are other issue as well you need to be aware of, is the cooling system rusted or contaminated? If so the heater core could be partially plugged. Another factor is the part called the blend door, does it move all the way to open the air flow passage across the heater core? I would start by inspecting the coolant and replacing the thermostat.

Please rate my help for Fixya, it improves my status and it is all I ask for my time helping you with your problem. Thanks

Remove and replace power steering pump

Pretty easy on most vehicles. With a few sockets and wrenches needed, it can be done in a short time. Drain or suction out as much as you can from the pump reservoir before starting. When you start pulling the lines off, have a little catch can handy. Take neg. battery cable off, too. Then the belt. I would start by at least loosening the line fittings where the lines need to be removed-there is a pressure line and a return line to be removed. Then figure out the mounting bolts that need to be removed. Sometimes the pump bracket that bolts to engine block presents frustrating problems getting the pump off, but keep at it-there's always a way. And anything in the way of removal needs to itself be removed or set aside. Once you have it off, check if the pulley needs to be transferred-some require a press to remove. Hope you get it-if problems arise, post back.

Where can I get a 1994 Plymouth voyager serpentine

Quickest way it to do a google image search for your engine size and include serpentine belt in your search terms. Should be loads of them there. And there 'should' be a diagram attached somewhere under the hood, possibly on or near the upper radiator support, or on the underside of the hood.

The car motor wont start, the coil is not sending

Hello, Bridget! I am sorry that I couldn't help you sooner but I have been ill.I got hit by lightening in my home that bruise me up and burnt my feet (this is the third time over 50 years now). Then I got that infamous cantaloupe but which isn't good for ones health. The ignition system comprises of the van computer, ignition module, coil, distributor with two major component inside of the distributor--high voltage rotators cap, and the module pick-up coil, coil wire, plug wires, spark plugs. Also, all the sensor that are sending different types of signals to the computer, such as; air/fuel mixture, ambient temp, air flow, throttle position, engine temp, ATM pressure, humidity, altitude, barometric pressure, CO2 mixture, vacuum negative pressure, etc. GB...stewbison

Tested coil no fire tested disterbeotor no fire,

Hello, Bridget.. The problem is getting voltage/current to battery side of the coilNeed to check the coil. Easy way here. remove all the wires the are attached to coil but leave the coil grounded to the car body. Remove the coil wire from the distributor and lay it down next to some metal material. Take a piece of wire (16ga) or larger and attach one end to the positive side of the battery (+). Now, take the other end of the wire and touch the battery side of the coil---off/on--off/on--off/on. Now look at the end of the coil wire that up against the body/metal and see if it is sparking (dark blue and about one inch long), if it is sparking then the coil is OK. You know it not working with the distributor connected. So, that leaves two thingsthe pickup sensor in the distributor or the ignition module. My educated guess will be the ignition module. It is located on the driver side fender, and it will look a 5X5 inch square with large plug that is plug into the module and held there with a screw. Now, to check the distributor pick up coil. Check with the auto store and ask them what would be the resistance across the coil, or what is the resistance across the two wire from the distributor. If it check out OK, then ignition module is bad. I hope this help you out, GB....stewbison

I have not ran the system fault code test? What is

When there is a failure in one of the many systems and circuits that are monitored by your computer system, the computer stores fault codes that have a corresponding description that will tell you which of the systems or circuits are failing. In order to properly diagnose the problem, you must first retrieve the fault codes from the computer system to get a starting base with which to begin your diagnosis of the problem. Without these fault codes, you can spend a LOT of time and waste a LOT of MONEY trying to figure out what is wrong with your vehicle. Without these fault codes, anyone trying to HELP you figure out what is wrong with your vehicle can do little more than "GUESS" what may be causing the problem. Please also review the following articles for more information on this subject:Why Is My Engine Light On?What Else Could Be Wrong?
