I have a 94 plymouth voyager i had to replace the waterpump and fuel pump now it wont start it cranks over but wont start any ideas ??

Hi phcr7566...Disconnect your fuel line from your carburator and put a container to catch the fuel as you crank your engine...You are doing this to make sure you are getting fuel to the carb from the new fuel pump you installed...because you might be "air bound"...not allowing the fuel pump to pump fuel to the carb.If your getting fuel to the carb, them make sure the float in the carb is not stuck and not allowing any fuel to get to the engine. Please rate meBud

Windshield Wipers

Under the cowl (it is a plastic piece that the windshield wipers come out of) are the wiper arms that connect to the wiper motor. There are plastic parts that hold the wiper arms to the wiper motor. Lots of time these plastic parts dry out and break and the wiper arm will fall off the wiper motor. I would bet if you tried to move one of the wipers by hand both of them would move with little resistance. This would tell me that the wiper arms are disconnected from the wiper motor. The parts to fix this are easy to get. I know the motormite HELP line of parts used to have the plastic bushings to fix this problem.

Water is in transmission

I'm sure you mean coolant is in the trans.Your transmission cooler is leaking(it is built in to the radiator, and collant is pushing its way into the stream of trans fluid, probably when you turn off the engine hot, because the cooling system is still under pressure, and the trans isn't).The transmission might be OK after the radiator is replaced, but to give it a fighting chance, you need to find a shop that has a transmission flushing machine. This machine will replace ALL of the fluid, unlike the old standard of dropping the pan, draining whatever fluid comes out,and replacing the filter.

Coolant leak 1994 voyager 3.3

Could be a freeze plug on the engine block. If you have a block heater installed in one of the freeze plug holes, check it for getting too loose and leaking. Pretty common problem with a block heater that's been in there a long time.

Van truns over but will not start

well there are only 3 general things that could be wrong here... one is that your not getting fuel. which means that your fuel pump could be bad. second is that your not getting fire. which means that you could have bad plugs/distributor/plug wires/ignition coil. and three which is the worst of the bunch is that you might not be getting compression which could mean severe damage has been done. such as a head gasket is blown... ooops forgot one haha. depending on your vehicle it could be that your crankshaft position sensor is bad or a belt is bad. sorry i was so general but if i knew more about the problem i could elaborate more for you.

My car smell like gas

check for play in the suspension. jack it up, take a crow bar, dont damage any rubber. if there's play its bad. Everything should be very stiff. Sounds to me like a lose tie rod end if only one wheel is shaking.

94 plymouth vouyager is starting to over heat when driving for more then 10 mins

This leaking on the passenger side sounds like possibly the water pump. I THINK that this is a cross-mounted engine, with the drive belt on the passenger side. If so, it is almost certainly the water pump leaking. Get a flashlight and a small inspection mirror and search around under the water pump drive pulley for signs of water dripping. If no water is found there, it probably is not the pump. Have you checked the cooling fans for proper operation? Tested the temperature sender that controls the cooling fan?

Power steering pump

first you remove the pulley with a pulley removel tool you should be able to rent one from parts store.then remove lines, then pump I am replacing mine today..the pump itself will come with all the information you need except the fact that you need a special puller to remove the power steering pully. I tryed the conventional three prong puller and found the 4" is to big to get in there to grab thre front of the pully due to the low placement and the body and air conditioner lines in the way..I am on my way back to the auto parts store to see if I can purchase the right puller..back later with price and availability and how it worked out...good luck terry hope help!

Transmission will not move forwards or reverse

Transmissions can't be rebuilt by everyday people. They are SO complex in their construction that trained professional mechanics and Transmission shops are only qualified. But before you assume the worst...did you check the transmission fluid?
