you need to grease the joint, while your doing that check your tire and axle bearing both can cause noise

if it's a new,are you sure it's the correct one?(same amount of grooves),possibly your tensioner is bad or loose?(with the belt off,see if the tensioner,idler pulley,is/are wobbly),sure you have the correct installation pattern?(if wrong pattern,it'll surely come off) .Hope this helps. Alberto

What engine?

Will it crank in neutral, and have you checked the starter to see if it has power when the key switch is in the start position ?

Check the fuel pump relay in the "fuse center" under the hood, there is also a fuse for the fuel pump in the same fuse box.

I am not sure you have any fuse
