Faulty Upstream Oxygen Sensor Bank 1 Fuel pressure high or low MAF sensor dirty/defective Vacuum leak on engine Leaking fuel injector or fuel pressure regulator Faulty Powertrain Control Module (PCM) fuel pressure and regulator would come under the same problem. there is no real way to test this at home without pressure tools. vacuum leak is a common problem to happen over time look for any cracks in the vacuum lines or splits etc. any extra air getting in to the fuel system is not accounted for and can set this code off. Maf sensor, this can mean the air filter is dirty and needs replacing and the maf sensor need cleaning to. there is a spray you can use to clean maf sensors so would recommend using this as its best to clean the maf sensor when replacing the air filter. pcm i would think you would know if something was wrong with this as it would give other codes not just this one.

I take it you have something to read the codes to get these? The best way to start if so is to erase all the codes and see what comes back and deal with those.

Did you change the bearing ,or the hub assembly ,you may have put the wrong ones ,make sure you didn't damage the plug .you can clean it and apply a lube to it .I forgot the lube check with auto part.

The switches inside need to be replaced they are hanging up do this now before you ruin the clutches it will go back to normal shifting and work fine change all pressure torque lockup and shift switches diy for about 125.00 with fluid filter cost and back to normal shifting and a happy van and crew make sure vans not running hot burning fluid otherwise will happen again high temp burned fluid damages switches ability to work

If you know a mechanic now's the time to cal. The part is internal but might be replaceable without removing the tranny.l

Your MAF mass air flow sensor is faulty. You can clean them sometimes with carb cleaner an it will work for awhile but it needs replacing. It's telling the computer the wrong information about how much air is going to the engine.

I had the same problem with mine Ford said I would need a $3,500 transmition job. I changed the filter and fluid babied it for a while and it came out of it that was 40,000 mi. ago and it is still going strong
