Replaced both 02 sensors now code p1131
Faulty Upstream Oxygen Sensor Bank 1
Fuel pressure high or low
MAF sensor dirty/defective
Vacuum leak on engine
Leaking fuel injector or fuel pressure regulator
Faulty Powertrain Control Module (PCM)
fuel pressure and regulator would come under the same problem. there is no real way to test this at home without pressure tools.
vacuum leak is a common problem to happen over time look for any cracks in the vacuum lines or splits etc. any extra air getting in to the fuel system is not accounted for and can set this code off.
Maf sensor, this can mean the air filter is dirty and needs replacing and the maf sensor need cleaning to. there is a spray you can use to clean maf sensors so would recommend using this as its best to clean the maf sensor when replacing the air filter. pcm i would think you would know if something was wrong with this as it would give other codes not just this one.

Whle driving, speedometer drop to zero, dash info
Disconnect the battery cables then go to your power distribution box and disconnect the cable and clean it use 0000 that' 4/0 steel wool and alcohol on the cable lug to get it shiny do the same for your battery cables and terminals////DO NOT USE A WIRE BRUSH THEY RIP YOUR TERMINALS AND BATTERY POST TO SHREDS AND WILL MAKE THEM LOOSE FITTING A SIMPLE WIPE DOWN WITH ALCOHOL AND THE STEEL WOOL WILL DO IT because so many things at once it sounds like a corrosion issue here that not enough current is getting through to support all the electrical devices

1999 ford windstar code 1410 ?
I take it you have something to read the codes to get these? The best way to start if so is to erase all the codes and see what comes back and deal with those.

My Windstar 2001 has the P301 code and is sputteri...
Your MAF mass air flow sensor is faulty. You can clean them sometimes with carb cleaner an it will work for awhile but it needs replacing. It's telling the computer the wrong information about how much air is going to the engine.

Windshield wipers will not park
Your problem is probably in the wiper transmission itself. There is a switch that tells what position to stop feeding power to the motor. But if that switch isn't working, the rest of the system does not know what to do, nor exactly when! However, if you have a good concept of timing, what you COULD do, is simply turn the wiper switch off the instant they are at the "lowest point" in their sweep cycle ... at a cost of NOTHING!

My 01 Windstar SEL has
The problem with the air distribution is due to loss of vacuum to the vacuum motors that control the air diversion doors in the AC/Heater duct work, The vacuum comes from the engine and then goes to a vacuum storage canister, check there first under the hood. The other issue of loss of cold air is most likely due to a sticking air temperature control blend door and or actuator. This requires the dash be removed to replace the parts.
