I believe these at left and right bank lean codes, for both bank to go lean check under hood for vacuum leak, in or around the intake, with engine running at idle you should be able to hear hissing of vacuum leak, fix leaking vacuum, clear codes.

Engine surges when you turn the steering wheel
I had the same problem. My mechanic said it is probably carbon under the EGR valve. The computer reads this as a vacuum leak and tries to compensate. The same problem can cause a rise in oil consumption, usually before the 'clog' happens. He told me if it happens again I should bring the car to him and he will clean the system.

2002 Windstar starts fine but when I shift gear the engine shut down, any idea what's cause?
I would think it may be either the idle speed control solenoid located on the intake manifold or an open Vacuum line part.
There is some rerouting of Vacuum force to different Vacuum lines when you shift into gear. Some of the Pollution parts(EGR), the transmission shift solenoids may be Vacuum operated, so when the defective part receives Vacuum force, it leaks out and stalls the motor. One of the old tricks is to get an old spray bottle and fill it with water. While the engine is running, mist the intake seams and the Vacuum lines. If there is a leak, it will change the RPM or stall the engine. Once you find it, fix it.The idle speed control solenoid is embedded in the intake manifold. Go online to an autoparts site and look up the part. You can see a photo or the part and know what you are looking for or go to an autoparts store and see the part.I hope my solution is helpful. Please rate my soluton.
