your blower motor is on the firewall side underneath that big row of main fuses. You have to remove the 10 mm bolts holding that panel to the firewall and it will pull forward.

My 1992 Buick Lesabre blower

Pull the connector wire to the fan and check the terminals. They get loose and melt the plastic around them, if so replace the connector.

1992 buick lasabre runs weel for a few seconds then it feels like it is running on three cylinders

lets start off with the easy stuff check your spark plugs and wires make sure the plugs are at the correct gap and the firing order is correct and the wires are in good working order next check your mass air flow its going to be close to ur airfliter shoot some low psi air to clean it out some where around 60psi next if any cods you can take the battery cables off and touch the cables together when there off the battery hold for 5 secs if it is still running ruff then you may have a injector stoped up

What would all would make the car backfire?

Incorrect static timing, severe misfire, bad ECU, severe contaminants in the gasoline (especially vandalism with sugar or palm kernel oil), or any number of engine position sensor failures. Normally, only vehicles that have been very poorly maintained will ever backfire unless one of the causes listed above is present. A backfire is a symptom of a serious problem and the car should not be driven at all until the cause of the backfire is found, so that the engine is not permanently damaged (unless it has already been destroyed).

Ac condenser stopped working what are possible solutions

I am going to assume you meant AC Compressor as the condenser is basically like a radiator in that it cools the freon. I would say that your freon is probably too low to kick the compressor on. This could be simple as adding some freon (With Leak stop(just to be sure)) would get it working again. The question is, why did it get low? Could be just age and it needs a little freon but usually means that there is a leak somewhere (Hopefully it is not the condenser leaking). Some leaks are small enough that you just need to add freon every month or so but they eventually get bigger. Look for oil around the AC connections and hoses. Could be an O-ring that has gone bad. Hopefully it is simply low on freon.

My ac condenser does not work

Do you mean the compressor? Assuming there are no leaks, you could just need a little freon. But, If the fan (on the radiator) is not kicking on then your compressor may not come on either as it needs the fan to run to help keep the compressor cool. Typically it stems from being low on freon though and Autozone sells freon you can self administer but I would advise asking someone familiar with adding freon to help you so that you don't over fill or try to fill it from the wrong port.
