this just stands for (central port injection), and is supposed to be a more acurate spray for better Air/Fuel combustion.
technically this would need factory parts, and is best to do this, but a few aftermarket manufactures carry parts for these systems. it uses tubes with poppet valves from a central injector to spray fuel at each intake port. instead of at the throttle-body, and sprays fuel to all cyl at the same time.

there is only two lines on these vehicles, and one is a supply, and the other is a return. the supply will feed directly into the tube explained above, and will have a pressure relief fitting on it. the other line will be just a hose on the end.

It starts hopping and shaking when i accelerate.

A friend of mine with this model says the EGR valve is prone to carbon clogging. This can cause rough running and stalling. His fix was to remove the valve, scrape out the grosser carbon deposits, soak it in carburetor cleaner and get the rest of it clean, then replace the EGR gasket with an aftermarket product that has a screen to keep the junk out.

Other things to check are the vacuum hoses and fittings, the fuel injectors, spark plugs and cables to make sure it's firing on all cylinders.

Do you get a "Check Engine" light? If so, go to a car parts store and ask them to read out the error code for you. This will help narrow down the problem. There are several sensor problems that could contribute to rough running or stalling under load, especially in "closed loop" mode (the engine runs "open loop" until it warms up).

Does a 1991 chevy s-10 blazer have inline fuel

  1. Place wheel chocks behind the passenger side wheels, and lift the driver side of the Blazer with a floor jack. Place jack stands under the frame, and lower the vehicle onto the jack stands. Supporting the truck with the jack stands in this manner prevents injuries that occur if the floor jack fails.
  2. 2 Remove the fuel filler cap, and turn the ignition key to the off position. This relieves some of the fuel pressure on the system, and prevents the fuel pump from starting when the filter is removed.
  3. 3 Locate the fuel filter on the driver side frame rail, just behind the front door. The filter is a cylindrical shaped part, about six inches long, that's in the fuel line on the inside of the frame rail.
  4. 4 Place a drain pan under the filter to catch any fuel that spills. Loosen the filter fittings by using a 21mm wrench to hold the filter while turning the flare-type nut on the line with a 16mm wrench. Remove both sides of the fuel line from the filter and drain it into the drain pan.
  5. 5 Check the rubber O-rings located on the fuel line ends for tears and nicks. Replace any O-ring seal that shows damage. These seals are available at your local auto parts store.
  6. 6 Insert the fuel lines into the ends of the new filter, and thread the flare-nuts into the filter by hand. Be careful not to cross-thread them and cause the need for replacement fuel lines. Tighten both lines with the 21mm and 16mm wrenches.
  7. 7 Raise the truck off the jack stands with the floor jack, and remove the stands from under the vehicle. Lower the Blazer to the ground. Reinstall the fuel filler cap.
  8. 8 Turn the ignition key to the "Run" position--and then back to the off position--three times to prime the new filter. Each time the key is turned to the "Run" position, the on-board computer turns the fuel pump on and opens the injectors to add fuel for starting. Start the engine and check for fuel leaks.

This has an electric fuel pump located in the gas tank.

To replace or check it you do one of 2 things. You can drop the tank or cut a hole in the cargo area to gain access as they are on the top of the tank.I would not suggest cutting hole

You have small universal joints on the steering column, One under the dash and the other/others under the hood. try lubing the ones under the hood do this while turning the wheel back and forth. try it a couple of times and see if it gets rid of your problem. if it did you will still need to replace the universals at some point in the near future

After you get the wheel off, clamp the brake hose and loosen the line. Remove the drum and remove both return springs. You will not need to remove any other brake parts. Spread the shoes apart and in the back of the backing plate, remove the ring holding the wheel cylinder in place. You can use 2 small flat head screwdrivers or you can get the tool used to spread the tabs on the ring from a parts store. Installation is reverse of removal. After you have everything completed, grab a second person to help you bleed out the system. Make sure to have plenty of brake fluid on hand. If you spill brake fluid on the paint, wash it off with water.Brake fluid is hydro-scopic,meaning it washes away with water.

something is completely draining your system at start-up, I believe that your starter is bad ( take it out and have it checked) or you have a real bad short or grounded wire that could possibly start a fire. A low, or almost dead battery can also cause this...take your battery cables off battery and clean anyway to insure good contact ( if aftermarket , even reassemble and clean cable to clamp connections) corrosion/resistance can be a thin film somethimes

I think this one has the cover on the bottom of the transmission. There will be a couple of support bars that are bolted to it as well. My parking brake light is on and i cant get it to

The brake light can come on for two reasons. I is the brake pedal is engaged witch you have found is not the case. The other is because the brake fluid is low or the sensor that monitors brake fluid level is defective.

Check the brake fluid level, if its full unplug the switch and see if it goes out. I'm not sure if the switch completes the circuit when the level is low or opens the circuit but its worth a shot. I’m happy to assist further over the phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/jeremy_d728a59f986299fa
