Thanks for choosing Fixya and welcome to the site. You need fuel, air, and fire to start your vehicle. Since it starts for a second, you still need to check the fuel pump and filter. Check any fuses/relays to do with the fuel pump. Make sure the timing belt/chain is not broke. It can be spark plugs/coils, wires, distributor, dist.cap, coil packs. You could have a bad cam sensor or crank sensor. It can all lead back to a bad computer. In all honesty, it could be anyone of these. Your best bet, if you have a check engine light on, is trying to get a code of your computer. By doing this, it saves valuable time and money.
