I think you might have a timing belt that might be braking if it doesn't start your timing belt jump good luck

That hose goes to the heater core,their are 2 hoses,one going to it and the other leaving it,could be just the clamp is loose,tighten it and wipe up the coolant and check again after awhile,will need to add coolant to your reservoir.Here's a link to your heater core's hoses,it's number 9 on the picture. First, do not run engine low on oil. Next, run tests when it has failed. Spark to plugs? Correct fuel pressure?

all you have to do is follow the exhaust from the manifold back and you will come to the sensors. bank 1 O2 sensor is on the bank cylinder 1 is and bank 2 O2 sensor is located on the bank cylinder 2 is on. the first sensors you come across is sensor 1 then the next sensor you come across sensor 2 and so on. so you can have a sensor code like bank 1 sensor 2 meaning the sensor on bank one but the sensor is the 2nd sensor in the exhaust.

Check your fluids, oil and coolant. May need to check radiator fan operation. And check for trouble codes. If the cel light came on, it should set a code that can point to the problem.

A lot of cars now have a switch on the clutch pedal to stop the car from being started if the clutch isn't pushed in when you try to start it. The switch may have come out or may be stuck. If its an automatic, the same applies but the switch is on the shifter base.

Check that it is not locked by key press the lid closed while trying the lever

There probably is a starter circuit relay in the fuse box or relay box under the hood but you have several things going wrong which makes me suggest you get trained local help. Because these things are rarely fixed by someone not having the car with them.

Did you test the fuel pressure? You might of burnt the pump up when you ran out of gas. This happens all the time when people run their tank empty. Hope this helps.

If automatic transmission, it may be transmission fluid. Lots of cars have the transmission cooler in the radiator.
