I have a 2005 Volkswagen Jetta with a manual

is the belt driving the compressor ok? Chances are it was once overtightened, and the seal on the compressor is shot and the bearings not far behind. Ask for the dye to be put in on your next re-gas and you'll soon see where it's coming from.

Parking brake light keeps going off, even when I changed the fuse twice

If you mean the brake lights, then check the bulb sockets for corrosion. Battery cleaner works for this. If the tabs are black, they are arcing. Use a paper clip and bend the tabs towards the bulb.

What is wrong with my taillights? The bulbs are new and the fuses work so what could it be?

Check the earth wires (brown) at the tail lights, connect a temporary wire on the earth connection and hold it against a clean metal spot on the body whilst the lights are on and see if it works. Hope this solves your problem

How do I locate fuse chart for 2005 jetta tdi. Not included in manual.

I don't own a Jeta, but every car I've worked on made in the past 20 years has a Fuse Chart printed on the underside of the fuse box cover. They know that the information is too important to only print in the owner's manual which often is not available.

Fan in 2005 Vw Jetta 2.5 is causing battery to drain, Is there any fuse that I can pull to stop the fan from draining the battery until I get paid and buy the part needed

the problem with pulling the fuse for your fan is that your fan wont come on anymore therefore it won't cool the engine and your engine will probably overheat and that is a very dangerous thing for the motor. A temporary fix would be to pull the fuse and put in a toggle switch then you could turn the fan on and off manually. You need a toggle switch that flips on and off only. There are two connections for the toggle switch. Connect two wires to the toggle switch and run one wire to one side of the fuse and the other wire to the other side of the fuse in place of the fuse itself.
