i have the same problem ive looked it up and usually its a tie rod in that wheel which would need to be replaced asap

before doing anything... use the key to unlock the door...then the alarm will not go off

The best way to remove the tail pipe is to cut it with a cutting torch. If you dont want to cut it then you can remove the bolth up by the manifold but will be extreamly loud.

on the earth wire generaly black put ajump wire to the body and test. or check the power feed with the brake pedal on using a test light. this test will show you if it is a faulty harness wiring.

check the ball joints or the tie rods

hesitation could be dirty fuel injectors clogged fuel filter,check transmission fluid could be low, transmission could be slipping on take off if it has been a long while change transmission fluid and filter.
