Open up the hood and on the top of the lens assembly will have a couple of screws holding it in. Remove or loosen them and pop out the lens assembly from the front. Once the assembly is out you can easily remove and replace the bulb.

Make sure the steering wheel in not causing a bind in the key switch. If the steering wheel feels like it is stopped in one direction, try pulling lightly in the other direction. unlikely unless it is not tensioned enough and the alternator charge rate is not sufficient to run the electronic properly. More likely something to do with what has been recorded in the fault codes so check them out .
