2007 Impala ! and in what country, ? it has that pesky DRL system as see up in CANADA, FIX THE HEAD LAMPS FIRST ,THEy EVEN WORK WITH NO GOOD KEYs OWnED (FOR SAFETY REASONS.) AS jeff said, it needs to be scanned. 1:check all fuses first. skip none. 2:scan it. (OBD2 ,1996up USA or 1998 up in canada) 3: if IMMO fails try key #2 that came with car new.(lost the spare key ?) 4: all 4 ends of battery cable lugs not rusty and loose. 5: keyfobs that have batteries, put fresh in now. keep the car battery charged,fully. at all times 6: if is charged try cranking in NEUTRal and not just Park, PRNDL switch can fail. 7: next it runs make sure cluster charge/bat lamp is not GLOWING. the car seems to have serious 12vdc power distribution problems. The car seems to have IMMO key system. the lamp on the cluster, for IMMO must glow in the happy state, there are 3 states good, keybad, or IMMO system failure. First check a couple of things for me OK. First check the fuse marked fuel pump then check the fuel pump relay both of these are located on the passenger side of the engine in a box with a cover inside the cover it is marked for you if you want to pull the tank make sure the fuel level iis low then remove the two fuel hoses on the tank, then they are two straps remove them but put a support under the tank so as it does not fall on you all tis is by laying on your back and crawl under it But I thank you will fix it and not remove the tank. OBD2, USA, DTC error code, P0463 is a uSa federal code. all P0 are. engine 3.5 or 3.9L or 5.3L v8>? ?????? ok will reads all pages Fuel Level Sensor Circuit High Voltage Trouble Code Conditions: The ignition is ON, with the engine running. The system voltage is between 9-16 volts.<<< (means alternator not dead ) The sensor output is greater than 2.9 volts. The above condition is present for greater than 30 seconds. the sensor is inside the fuel tank. OLD SKOOL: name, is fuel lever SENDER. also makes fuel gauge work right and not lie.

Probly need ignition tune up...test coil n module for wear. Plug cables cud b worn. Iwud hav fuelpump tested also. Get datastream or scan done by aprivate tech not adealership. It helps pinpoint furthr issues

Clean the Mass Air Fuel sensor (MAF) and also the throttle body. Lots of videos online. Also a high end scan tool computer will give you live data and diagnostics when the vehicle is trying to idle.

Hi there all the things you explain are and need power to operate, make sure your battery has 12.6 volts or more and try again , if your battery doesn't have that voltage then you will need a new battery, hope this helps

Use PTFE tape and fix hand tight. Check for leaks and tighten with care if needed.Steel switch and Aluminium case, not good!

May be timing, plugs, dirty distributor, blocked jets in carbs, water in fuel

07 vehicle could well be fully computerised and the fault might be associated with a black box problem. It would be unwise to do much checking without referring to a wiring diagram. In the case of a fully computerised vehicle it could be best to get a code read, though a generic obd2 code reader only reads emission related codes...

Someone probably forgot to finish the calibration with their scanner. If the car runs fine and everything works, I wouldn't worry too much. If the light is annoying, you will most likely have to pay someone to complete the job.

Buy a repair manual , 20 buck's auto parts store or maybe a video on youtube .

Pull off the seat back cover and look for the problem.
