Where is the location of front crash sensor in a 2008 ford focus?

The crash sensors should be mounted off the front horn of the frame ( on either side). The sensors will be leads and wires that go back to the "black box" located under the body towards the front firewall. This is where the information us processed and sent to the airbag deployment system and allows for for fuel delivery shutoff.

How do remove the interior panel of the front door?

look for small plastic caps that hide the screws that are usually around the bottom of the armrest and in the plastic area of the interior door handle. you will have to hold the handle in the open position to remove the plastic surround. There will be a red section on the interior door button that is visible when the door is in the unlocked position, you will have to remove that by using a thin blade of some sort as that red bit is the actual clip that holds the button onto the rod. Once all the screws etc have been removed you have to pry the panel away from the door by going around the perimeter of the door panel. there will be plastic that seals the door which you will definately have to replace unless you want water to enter the interior of the car from the door. this info may not be exact but it should give you and idea of what you need to do.

Metal grinding & rattling in front end at slow speeds (<15 mph) and sometimes noise when tapping brake pedal at slow speed.

It needs to be looked at right away.It could be your brake pads are totally worn out and they are grinding on the front rotors It could also be a bad C.V. shaft or hub assembly.I'm betting on brakes.Don't be surprised if they want to replace the rotors, the brake pads, and possibly even the calipers. They should be able to tell you whats going on within 15 minutes of taking off the front tires.good luck

I'm trying to remove the front door panel on a 2008 ford focus and I've removed all the screws and still won't come loose. Don't want to break the plastic inserts.

There is a tool to help pry the panel off that slips around the plastic pins. And you often times break the pins as they are not designed to be reused.
