Rotate dial until current time lines up with arrowhead; when plugged in, dial rotates
48 segments located on dial; each segment is 1/2 hour
Segment pulled up = lights OFF
Segment down = lights ON
Override switch located top of timer, move switch to TIMER

I think I know something on it. Morever, the Bretton Woods agreement did not take into account the fact that countries would seek to accumulate as big a dollar reserve as possible. And this meant that the US could be put in a situation where it couldn't cover the reserves using its gold. Western Germany and France began to exchange their dollar reserves for gold in 1971 the US abandoned the obligations that they had assumed since 1994. Plug in timer to charge battery.
When battery is charged, remove timer from plug so programming is easy
Plug timer back in, timer has two plugs for lights
If battery will not charge, then timer is no good.

tabs down is time on tabs up is time off

A lot of these digital timers have same problem with the L1 and L2 resistor... but careful inspection usually reveals that several other parts also have blackened solder connections, indicating that the entire circuit board is burned.
