Flour did not mix up in the bread. it has some on the outside of crust

You either need a new paddle, a new motor, or a new machine depending on the age you have had it. I make bread by hand, it is very satisfying :>)

How much water do I throw into the Model sc-160h compact steamer?.

I suggest you don't throw water around when using electrical stuff - far safer to carefully pour. I don't know the answer but certainly don't overfill, half full is plenty or there is a danger of it sputtering boiling water out as well as steam. Fill the container almost to the top and tip it into a measuring jug - divide the quantity by two and you will have a realistic maximum...

Wolfgang Puck WPJP0020C Panini Grill. Can the grilling plates be removed for cleaning?

No they are fixed and must be cleaned in-situ. I used to use a similar grill commercially and are the end of the night we would spray it with kitchen cleaner and water whilst it was warm. Give it a good rinse and it was done. https://www.manualslib.com/manual/195223/Wolfgang-Puck-Wpjp0020c.html?page=6#manual ..

When do I take dough our of machine to shape when using the manual setting, the 1st or 2nd rising.

You should take the dough out of the machine at the start of the final rise (the second rise for most bread recipes) for shaping. This is true for bread machines and breads made with other methods. See page 29 (page 35 of the PDF) of the BreadMan Ultimate Bread Machine manual for an example of this timing. This manual is available here: http://www.useandcaremanuals.com/pdf/TR2200C.pdf . The baker in my family prefers to hand knead her dough. The first rise is always done in a bowl. The second rise is in the bread pan or on a baking sheet after dividing the dough and shaping the loaves/buns. Cindy Wells

My KPRA pasta roller leaks oil or something black all over the pasta. It was a gift. I have not receipt and nothing I've tried stops the oil so it's useless.

I don't know the answer but I will take a guess. I expect the gears at the ends of the rollers have been lubricated by something unsuitable that for some reason has degraded, become liquified and is escaping onto the food. The gear cover(s) should be removed and all traces of the lubricant washed away with petrol, paraffin or some other degreasing fluid applied with a stiffish paintbrush followed by a wash in hot detergent water, rinsed and allowed to dry thoroughly. The gears should be lubricated with a smear of special non-toxic food machinery grease which is white. You might be able to buy a small quantity from your local bakery. If you can't obtain a small quantity of special grease a few drops of a good vegetable oil might do the trick but I would tend to opt for tallow or lard. You will probably discover the item will need a "maintenance service" periodically...

I recently bought Model 50011 timer. I followed instructions but the dehydrator is not working in the L position when I plug the timer in. Does this work for dehydrators?

I have no experience with dehydrators but I know of nothing that makes them electrically different to any other appliance. Clearly as it only has two prongs it is a double insulated device and doesn't need a ground connection and this is common with various other devices that might need controlling with a timer. As long as you connect your appliance to the power pin receptacles of the timeswitch and ignore the ground, it should work if the timer has been set per instructions - as it is basically an electric clock, if it is working the timer dial should move indicating the current time. The connection to the timer can be tested by moving the override switch found on the lower right of the timer, when your dehydrator should be permanently switched on.

I need the quigg cdm2000 bread maker manual and recipes book in English please.

There is a free Dutch version of a manual for a Quigg CBM2000 (note the letter B) manual that can be automatically translated to English when opened with a Chrome browser. Note the spelling - I did not see a CDM2000 with the letter D anywhere using an internet search. If this is not the same bread maker, use the Comment menu to clarify. An alternative method is to download and paste the document into a translator such as Google Translate (https://translate.google.com) There is also a free German scanned version which doesn't automatically translate but could be read by a German speaker. https://preview.u-manual.com/preview-manual-for-free-228254/bread-baking-machine-quigg-cbm2000/page-1.html This and 3 other Quigg manuals in Dutch: https://www.u-manual.com/brands-6/QUIGG/66-bread-baking-machine/nl-nederlands-dutch-languages.html

My toast only gets toasted on the upper side. The web told me that the heating element on the white side is probably burned out. What do I do to correct this?

Is this question about a toaster? The days when a person could receive a toaster as a wedding present, spend 30 years getting used to it and still get it fixed for a fraction of the cost of a replacement are unfortunately far behind us. This staple of the breakfast table has become a throw away item with new models sometimes costing less than a dozen loaves of bread. Few manufacturers, if any, don't even have a spare parts service and Tefal (the company of "good ideas") won't even respond to enquiries in spite of their offerings being mid-price.

Why doesn't the COOK light turn on in a rice cooker

If a ricecooker doesn't turn on, it most likely has a blown fuse. You can easily fix it by simply bypassing the fuse by connecting the two wires leading up to the fuse to each other instead of connecting it to the fuse. Remember that bypassing a fuse may result in short circuits or Electrical fires. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FtPfbHD7M7E https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CjaUZ7uJoPk
