Hi Take off all the screws that holds the back on TV and you will see where you cord is but you will need to solder the new lead onto the main board. Good Luck

Could be, or it could be other electrical issues.

Some other board in the TV is drawing more power or isn't functioning at all. Use a voltmeter to be positive the power supply board is sending the correct voltages to the other boards.

Is the TV in Display mode?

Is it a smart TV and can receive WiFi signals?

The T-COM board is failling

Check whether the audio is muted by accidental press at remote control button. Enter its sound menu, and check it. If muted, as you know there will be no audio output. If not muted, Check the speaker/s. If found OK; check and replace the damaged component/s at its audio output section circuit board. If needy, replace this board as card basis.
