Changing the main won't help, it's not what's wrong, you have bad LED backlights and in all honesty it's going to make more sense to buy a new TV but this time buy a name brand

A lot of people miss understand how the backlight circuit in the power supply works, you will get voltage testing to ground as its the B- side that's switched, the chassis ground and backlight B- are not connected. If you tested each LED strip and they're all good there has to be something else going on other than the typical backlight issue we see on so many LED sets.. I'm not an authorized service center for this brand TV so I don't have a service manual, if this set has separate power board and main test the bl_on pin on the power supply, you should have around 3.5 volts there, that's what tells the back light section of the power supply to turn on.If you don't then it's a bad main board

What is your TV source? In general, the CC option only works if the source is the TV tuner. (If the TV gets the signal from a set-top box, even with the RF connection, then the CC option may not be available.) If the source is from any set-top box, change the caption options from your box. This may depend on the source. Some will hide the CC options in the Hardware Settings under Audio. On one satellite receiver box that I dealt with, the signal could feed a primary and secondary TV. If the captions show on the secondary TV, you have to turn off the captions at the primary TV's set top box. I hope this helps. If it is fitted with a rewireable plug check the tension of the contact screws. If the plug is non rewireable I would suggest there maybe a break in the wire somewhere

THat is out of my league with no more info than that. What are you trying to get the fire stick to do? If it says no signal you areputting it in a ouotput port I would say. Make sure it isa input port for HDMI. Let me know eactly what you are trying to do. To be honest, I don't kow what a fire stick is supposedto do

Then the TV is suspect, or the connector where the scart or HDMI cable is intering the TV. Or just the connector on the TV.
