After the fuser, problably near the exit rollers, there is going to be a switch/sensor, that has a problem. It could be hung up, out of position, ect, but you have a typical exit sensor problem.

Normal 0 I suggest you get a sheet of Card Stock (Heavy paper) and place it in the feed way. Then press the print button applying a slight amount of pressure on the Card Stock so it will feed through the printer. The reason for this is in some cases I have been able to clear the paper track of debris that was deposited there over time.
Worth a try, as I have fixed a number of printers this way, saving costly repairs.

Simple solution. I just had the same problem. Make sure the top cover on the left side is snapped in. It wasn't obvious that it was open. They should probably give a better code because it is not the scanner door that is open.

Be sure the dor sensor is correct

You are need to removal the covers and verify or change the microintrerupter.

try this:Test if microswitch who tell to printer that front door i closed is working propertly.If you can't test just make By-pass microswitch in your resposibility (because the printer will wor even you open a front door)I have the same error and I sloved in this way.

door sensor lever disengage , pls check

it sounds like it is wrapped around the fuser roller. is the roller around an inch or 2 around? if so it is the fuser roller and be carefull to no scratch this roller or you will get all jams. the fuser can be taken out with care to look at all the plugs and screws.

You probably got a remanufactured cartridge (refilled) and the chip was not reseted properly. Take it back to seller for a replacement.

This is common. Check the right side of the front door. It will not be flush with the main case. Just give it a wack. it will work then.

You need to change the software of your printer by going to TECH mode and sending some files to the printer.Give me you email so i can send you the instructions and the software if you want to.

The new units must be replaced but in the service mode you press menu # 1 9 3 4 menu and look for ignore toner then the printer will still say toner emty but will work

Put a new chip in the toner cartridge.

Your toner chip page counter has to be reached on last point (run out). Normally one OEM toner cartridge chip can print 2.5k pages, after that cartridge has been locked (although it's remain toner) and red light will be blinking. So, you can't able to take print furthermore in this state.
