This model is pretty obsolete, finding someone to service it will be difficult, and most will only promise to attempt it and not warranty the work, never the less, its what I recommend. If you must attempt it yourself, I recommend a set of picks from Menard's (around $5 for a set, they look like dental picks) and an exacto knife and then cut the master free in small pieces. most riso techs who are trained on these will do a partial disassemble. If this were an RZ or an EZ I'd be willing to try talking you through that. I don't recommend it if you're a novice on these though. They're much crankier.

Reset machine... and check connectors to the boards... its a communications error to the digitizer cpu

E 15 is for scanner home position sensor Scanner home position sensor is defective.I think it is located on the back frame under the platen glass.
