Check AA/LINESi.e. Line 1 is 001 in programmingline 5 to 8 on older systems is 025 to 028If you recorded Grtg # 1 then go to Table 1 and make Morn etc play #1Then check AA/lines and make sure AA = Y and Table = 1 and Ring count set to 0 (or 2 if caller id at site).Reboot system perhaps.

Hello! I lost/forgot the admin

Unfortunatly there is no way to do a password recovery, You will have to do a full reset and set it up the way you want it all over again. Be sure to write down each step you do while setting it up again so if this situation should arise again you will be able to easily follow your own step by step instructions to set it back up exactly the way you want it.

Good Luck and Please give a thumbs up if this is helpful!!!

CP-100 (3.1) connected to a CICS (7.1) expanded.

According to your problem I suggest getting a battery back up or UPS for this system. If it is a 12 volt system, it should be relatively inexpensive to get one installed. If you have one, your system will stay active for up to 24 hours during a power failure. Your Callpilot uses volatile memory, which clears when power is not supplied. If you had a battery backup, it would never lose power and your greeting will stay on it. Auto attend also may response to touch tone.

check it is not touch or very near with another electronics or high voltage. check the sound system and settings also. You can follow the manual or visit website.
