Sony vx-515 dvd tray won't open
Mine was a Sony TS-P532 DVD in a Model GX315 player. A BLU-RAY disk got inserted and won't eject. Remove the player cover and on top of the drive is a 3 X 3 (approx) metal plate with a plastic wheel visible in it. Un clip the two sides of the metal plate and it will pivot up and the disk can be removed.

When playing poker receive a message uncaught exception out of memory. Then I cannot log back in.
This may very well be the problem. You can check to see how much ram you are using by opening the task manager window. To do this push Ctrl, Alt, Delete all together on your key board, then, after either selecting the task manager from a list or it coming up automatically (as with Windows XP), click the Performance tab and there it will show you how much your using. Ram usage does very on how many programs and applications are running at the same time. If your ram usage is 80% or over I recommend you increase the amount of ram. Or better yet get your tower cleaned up by a professional. Good Luck.
