With power no display

Desktop or Laptop computer ?WARNING: Before you start troubleshooting remember that you are dealing with electricity that can KILL.

http://www.kitchentablecomputers.com/static.php - rules

Test all power and data leads that attach to your hard drive IDE,SATA

the leads from your (motherboard to your hard drive) make sure they have secure dust free connections and are not faulty

if its a 40 pin flat ribbon type it will be the first to fail

make sure all leads that are attached to your drives dvd\cd 3 1/2 inch floppy have secure connections and are not faulty

even something as small as a faulty electrical fan and its lead can cause you problems

computers need all power and data to continue through every working device and to have an end so any faulty leads will end up with a computer error

make sure your graphics card is securely seated with no dust built up or in the socket

if you remove your graphics check the socket to make sure its dust free

restart your computer then reinstall it this should activate found new hardware wizard

hope this helps

Graphic card

Yes provided the expansion slot on the motherboard can fit this graphics card. If your motherboard has a built-in graphics chip then you most likely need to disable the on-board graphics before installing this graphics card and driver..

The sata disc is not initialised

In Windows? - New drives have to be readied for use. Try Start > Run (aka Search in Win 7) type dskmgmt.msc. Look for your drive there. It should be without a drive letter. Right clicking will give you the options of initializing, creating disc partitions, assigning logical drives, and formatting. If this seems a little daunting. A wizard should load. If not there is refresh icon on the toolbar.

Repair my window 7 solfware

Open Personalization by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking Appearance and Personalization, and then clicking Personalization.

Click Window Color and Appearance.

Under Window Color and Appearance, click the color you want, and then click OK.

Note

If you see the Appearance Settings dialog box instead of the Window Color and Appearance

Where is the CMOS reset

I am not sure you have the exact model I do, but the battery is on the underside of the motherboard - you must undo the four silver screws holding the board down, and also two screws to remove the front plate. Pull the board up and out, and you will see the battery underneath.

I have installed a jetway v400dbl via kt400 socket

One bad lead can cause a computer to continue on a cycle or to shutdown or fail to detect your hard drive boot up

test all leads that attach to your hard drive including electrical extensions SATA

the leads from your ((motherboard to your hard drive)) make sure they have a secure connection and are not faulty or just replace them they could be faulty make sure all leads that are attached to your drives dvd\cd have secure connections and are not faulty or just replace them they could be faulty ?

even something as small as an electrical extension or a faulty fan lead can cause this problem computer needs all of the data and power to travel through every working device and to have an end for a computer to be able work properly

a motherboard and a hard drive any leads between them will fail before your motherboard or your hard drive check all electrical extensions make sure they are securely seated even the cd/dvd drives need to have current go through make sure these devices are working

also check your computer ram modules and cmos battery to make sure they are securely seated and the battery has plenty of charge Cmos battery on some motherboards are soldered in hope this helps you
