As it's a new machine, check your operators manual it has a trouble shooting guide. But it sounds like the fuel maybe the problem, do not use old fuel as it deteriorates over time.

It's on the crankrope side of the engine or if electric start, the side of the engine with the air grill. Remove the cover and the coil is at the end of the sparkplug wire.

When starting open gas feed a little (enough to start but not flood) . Do not set choke in extreme top position rather rev engine adjusting slightly to where it holds revs. the best as the choke adjusts air flow to burn the fuel.

Is it under warranty ? I would check this out with Honda first . Have look at the engine your self and check the piston .

Doubtful unless it's modified. Honda Clone racing heads have to be milled to get down to 28cc. Your 160 is probably in the 30cc range

Yes, full off grease and grease has blocked pressure relief. needs a big strip down and clean all the grease out. Big job!

Is it getting spark? Have change spark plug?

sounds the belt may be too tight if it is the same belt that has been working maybe a weak spring on the transmission

With the spark plug wire off turn the mower on it's side and see if you can turn the blade by hand. Could even be a piece of something keeping the blade from turning. If the blade turns then there could be a problem with the recoil where the cord is pulled. If that is the case and it has set out in the rain there could be rust built up on the recoil itself. If you find its the recoil you can take it off and work on it..

Well, replace the cap. Try cleaning the vent in the cap with a small wire.

check the gear shifer sounds like it is out of adjustment

You have trash in your carb....remove the carb and inside the bowl remove the float and needle valve. clean the valve and seat and replace...should fix you up

Find manufacturer model number on mower then go to website and you should find breakdown of parts also many sites will let you download the owner's manual that may show you how to change belt.
