You can use English, French, Spanish, or German on this model, but you have to fully clear the machine and lose all settings because it can only be done at the start of programming. If this is a new machine out of the box, then no problem. If it has programming already, then you should back it up first. If you need the code, let me know

Well done. Learning init settings can be tricky on some models. The main thing is replacing the batteries to stop it from happening again

2. press 2 subtotal
3. press 132 subtotal
4. enter commercial message using alphabet keys on keyboard (21 character max per line, 4 lines)
5. press cash at end of each line.
6. press subtotal when done
7. turn key back to reg

HI.
Error 2 means no clerk code entered. You need to log on to the machine with your clerk (PIN) number, then press the CLERK or CLK# button. Then it will let you make sales.

Hi. It only happens when a function is not complete in another mode, so it will definitely be waiting for completion of last function. That just turns the logo on or off. If there is an old logo there, you don't need to do the 2122 command.
to change the name on most Casio machines:

Question is how to connect PC with Casio SE-C6000 Cash Register. Answer is very easy and simple. This ECR is POS system and has capability of FTP . Download any FTP software from net. Go to ECR program 3 . Press 798 and sub Total Key. enter local network area unique IP address for this ECR starting with 192.168.1.10 as( 192168001010) an example and must be not conflicting and within the range of local area IP Adresses. then press CA/Amt. Key. then 255255255000 for sub mask and press CA/Amt Key again..Then 192168001254 as gate way then press CA/amt Key again and sub Total Key to finalize. Connect PC with network cable in RJ45 slot on ECR. Turn the mode key on Reg Mode for normal operation. Now on FTP software which is already installed on your PC open and put host ID IP address of your ECR. User Name is "SCTHRD" and Password is : "OTTFFSSENT" then Enter . Have you tried every other id? If so, you could try a flag clear (see the manual for procedure) which usually loads a clerk in order to allow programming while in program mode. Then you can edit clerk file again. Good luck

You turned the key before you finished in another mode. The register is telling you to go back and finish what you started. For those of you with this problem, turn the key until you find a mode that doesn't give the error. This is the mode that you started working in but didn't finish. Now press subtotal. now press cash. You will have finished anything you started so now you can turn the key. you're welcome.

It sounds like there is no program in the machine. Remove the batteries. Turn off the power at the wall. Wait for about 1 hour. Turn the key to REG mode. Turn on power at the wall. Fit NEW batteries as this can be the cause of E4. Now re-program the register
