How to clean hardwood floors

For cleaning of hardwood floor onething must keep in mind using of too much wet solution on dirt and then rubbing with cloth can destroy shineness of the floor and makes it dull looking. So it is always best to use vacuum cleaner for removing dirt particles from the floor. This is one of the advantages of hardwood flooring. With the use of vacuum you can remove other products like hair and nails. For alternate way one can use marketed hardwood floor cleaners. But I will suggest to use vacuum cleaner for cleaning purpose.

Does not close when i push the key pad. I have to hold button doown for garage dooe to close.

since you did not provide make and model, generically it is the safety sensors located an each side of door. Something is blocking one or both of the or they are out of alignment. They do fail and sensors are easily replaced. Refer to you manual or instructions that came with unit. Don't have it google your make and model followed by manual.

Question edited for a lot more clarity. Question moved form Cars and Trucks category. The part number you stated is the logic board on a Liftmaster Garage Door Opener. You need the model number to find the manual. https://www.google.com/search?q=part+%23+41a5021-d ..

Raynor Model 120-8 Garage Door Opener. How do I program a Raynor Model 120-8 to a hand held remote please?

ensure that the remote is Raynor and compatible with you model GDO on the back of your garage door opener there is a colored learn button--press and release-the learn indicator light will glow for a short time usually 30 seconds. within thirty seconds press and hold the buton on the hand held remote that you wish to operate your garage door. release the button when the motor unit lights blink. if you don;t have a light, two clicks will be heard. it has learned the code. procedure will be different for multi function control.

I have a GDO-7 v1 door opener and it is not working. When I press the button to open the door, it beeps twice but doesn't open the door. The yellow led (door status led) is flashing constantly

If you have a GDO-7 v1 door opener and it is not working as expected, there could be several possible reasons for the issue you're experiencing. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can follow to diagnose and potentially fix the problem:
  1. Check the power supply: Ensure that the door opener is receiving power. Check if the power cord is securely plugged into a working power outlet. If the power supply is interrupted, the door opener may not function properly.
  2. Inspect the remote control: Check the batteries in your remote control. Weak or depleted batteries can cause communication issues between the remote and the door opener. Replace the batteries with fresh ones and try operating the door opener again.
  3. Verify the safety sensors: The flashing yellow LED (door status LED) indicates an issue with the safety sensors. These sensors are usually located near the bottom of the garage door tracks. Ensure that they are properly aligned and free from any obstructions such as dirt or debris. Clean the sensors and make sure the alignment indicator lights are solid and not blinking. Misaligned or obstructed safety sensors can prevent the door from closing or opening.
  4. Test the wall control panel: Press the button on the wall control panel to open the door. If the door opens successfully using the wall control panel, it could indicate a problem with the remote control. Try reprogramming or resetting the remote control according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  5. Check for any obstructions: Inspect the garage door and its tracks for any obstructions that may be preventing it from opening or closing properly. Remove any debris or objects that could be blocking the door's movement.
  6. Consult the user manual or contact customer support: If the above steps do not resolve the issue, refer to the user manual for additional troubleshooting steps specific to your GDO-7 v1 model. If you're still unable to resolve the problem, it's recommended to contact the manufacturer's customer support for further assistance.
Remember to prioritize your safety during troubleshooting. If you are unsure or uncomfortable with any step, it's best to consult a professional garage door technician for assistance.

Lutron Wall Mounted Radio RA Master Control. Why do a couple of the LEDs flash/flutter green? How do I fix it please?

Question edited for clarity. LEDs flicker when either the LEDs are failing or the electronic circuitry that feeds them is failing. Contact Lutron direct with a view to getting a warranty repair or parts for it. You can try turning off the breaker that supplies power to that circuit for 5 minutes. That is the closest you will get to a reset.

My Garage door wont reverse when it his the up limiter

If the door is not reversing when it hits the up limiter, it could be due to a problem with the safety sensors. Check to make sure that the sensors are aligned and that there is nothing blocking their path. If the sensors are not the issue, you may need to adjust the up limit switch. This switch controls how far up the door goes before it stops. If it is set too high, the door may not reverse when it hits the up limiter. To adjust the up limit switch, locate the adjustment screws on the motor unit and turn them in small increments until the door stops at the proper position and reverses when it hits the up limiter.
