Hi, to remove the glass there is a plastic sealing section at the top of the oven door with 4 slots in, use a coin placed horizontally into a slot and turn clockwise until you feel the seal disengage then repeat on the next 3, then you will be able to remove the plastic sealing section and access the door glass that can simply slide out one at a time.

try resetting the clock, it may have gone into auto timer mode.

You possibly have a blown heating coil, the most likely one is in the main oven, as this is the one that's used the most sometimes you can tell as the element shows signs of blowing other time it doesn't the only way to check this is to remove it and put a test lead to either end on connection clips to see if it's dead also on the element it's self to see if it's gone to earth, but must be removed or disconnected on the end terminals so you don't get a false reading. if you are a handy type person there is no reason wye you can't undertake this work just make sure the electricity is disconnected from the oven prior to any work being undertaken Good luck

Sounds like its got a software error. Suggest you turn the power on and off. If hardwired, go find the fuse-box and flip /remove the fuse temporarily. If its stays that way, call the manufacturer
