FIRST YOU NEED TO MAKE SURE THE CORRECT TIME IS SET AND IF ITS NOT IN LOCK MODE ACCORDING TO THE STOVE'S MANUAL. IF THE OVEN DON'T LIGHT STILL, ITS PROBABLY THE ELECTRONIC GLOW BAR IGNITOR WHICH ARE FAMOUS TO GO BAD. BUT IF DIGITAL PANEL IS FLASHING IT MAY BE IN SOME COOKING MODE OR PROCESS. TRY MASHING EACH BUTTON AND THEN OFF TO SEE IF ANY CHANGES FIRST--HOPE THIS HELPS

Try switching the mains off for a short while to do a hard-reset

Since we don't know the model number or see a picture, I will guess that the door is two parts and you probably have to separate them to get to the screw that attaches the handle.

Start at the breakers and then test the wires coming into it. If power there then its in the wiring on the unit. I would test at the switch, and look for shorts. This is danger if your not trained in handling 220 volts. Be careful

Flip the breaker off for a minute, then back on, this should reset it.

Model no. Osf60oven serial no, 651235021619 will not work. Have checked fuse but stll no power. Just over 1 year old. Any suggestions?

Some units have their own fuse. Usually near where the power supply goes into the oven. Check your Meyer box for tripped RCD or circuit breaker too.
