Here is what the F-13 error code means and the fix for it.
F13
Internal CPU checksum errors 1. Disconnect power for 1 minute.
2. Reconnect power.
3. If
failure remains, replace the touch control module
So it says the main computer control had detected a error in the touchpad control

I have a Frigidaire Elements stove. I went to preheat my oven to fix dinner and got a constant 'beep' and a code, F13 ERR! Could you please help me with this problem? The stove top works fine, it's the oven that is having major problems.

F13 is a door lock error which means that the door lock is
bad and should be replaced. To unlock the door you can leave it unplugged for
around 10 minutes and the door will unlock. Hope this helps...please post back
