My webcam is not connected, how can i connect my webcam.

Plug in your webcam and visit this site - Hit 'Allow' in the top window and check your cam in the left hand panel.

AUDIO
Open Video and Voice - run through your default equipment and make a test call - click OK

IN USE
When you are both on line and wish to show your webcam > Actions > 'Invite to view my webcam'.

"Not connected" is a error message saying the webcam is failing to connect to the Internet

Sometimes you may have to broadcast the 'small image' option from the 'Webcam' menu on the top of your image frames. This happens when

Sometimes you may have to broadcast the 'small image' option from the 'Webcam' menu on the top of your image frames. This happens when one of you is down on resources -its like sending a large photo by email - its quicker if you cut the size down
you can zoom up to 200% from the same menu when the webcam picture comes through

Use the 'Always on top' option from the 'webcam' menu - or your image will disappear under the message window when you type a message

Hi..

when you try to connect your cam but it says your cam is not connected. Try to close the other webcam application which is open and click the webcam icon in your chat box.

Sometimes you have to juggle the controls to get the webcam connection - dont be afraid to use the 'with proxies' setting - if that's what it takes - use it !!

The person viewing the webcam should make the INTERNET CONNECTION as above ( less webcam connected )

Sometimes it takes a bit of juggling and I have been running on "connect via proxy" for 3 days to enable my webcam to show as 'available'

Hi!

Try to uninstall the webcam drivers and applications and then reinstall it without the webcam connected to the computer yet.

After installation of webcam drivers and applications, restart computer and connect webcam and you should be ready to go by then.
