Your computer tries to "boot" from several sources:
* your disk-drive
* your CD-ROM drive
* any USB device
* from a "boot-server" computer connected to your computer via an Ethernet cable
So, you computer tried to boot from the Broadcom Ethernet adapter, trying to "talk" to that "network boot server", via PXE ("Pre eXecution Environment").
What this probably means is that the computer failed to boot from the disk-drive, and so it tried the "alternate" boot-devices. If the disk-drive is disconnected (no power and/or no data cable) or if the disk-drive is "dead", then Windows cannot be loaded from it.
Take your computer to a qualified technician for professional trouble-shooting.
You may be able to download something off a peer to peer or torrent site, however, not only is this illegal but many times your software will be infected. Your best options are to either pick up a windows 7 upgrade pack (you can use these on a reformatted HDD) or order the recovery discs directly from HP.com or HP's customer service number. Typically you'll pay about 15 to 20 bucks, and has the advantage of having all of your drivers preloaded.

1. Before upgrading to windows 7, you must check the specification of your acer aspire 5315.
2. Windows 7 is better than windows vista but if you are really wanted those acer programs to work. You have to downgrade your operating system from your previous operating system.
You should either have a recovery partition on your HDD or a recovery CD to reset it back to OEM defaults. If it's on the HDD as a recovery partition, then when you first turn on your computer, when you see the option for BIOS and all that, there should be another one for recovery. Usually as F11. But if it's as a recovery CD just pop it in and let it do it's thing. **Warning** The recovery process is not automated, do not enjoy a coke and a sandwich and go off to enjoy your favorite TV show expecting it to do all the work for you. Lol, hope I helped ^^
