If you've forgotten your user account (profile) password, there are some options you have available.
1.) You can ask a local shop to unlock it.
2.) Re-install Windows (backup your data first).
3.) Purchase a password unlock tool. Here is one for $20:

If I were in your shoes, I'd probably go with #2 or #3. If you have data on your computer that you don't want to lose, then #3 is probably your best option. Plus, you'll undoubtedly have friends or relatives which will run into the same issue over time and you'll have what you need to help them. These are really your only three options. If passwords were easy to bypass, then we wouldn't have them.
