Hi guys got this error and need a fix

I have Lanier LD 232 with error SC 690-02, could you help me please with solution please, thank you very much.

I'll have to look this Service Code up further in my service manuals for specifics on this error code.

Loose connection in the Magenta section

1. Turn the main switch off and on.
2. Check the cable connection.
3. Replace the laser optics housing unit.
4. Replace the BCU board.
It should require a technician to take care of this for you.

I had the same problem after transit of copier. Try removing the yellow developer unit and give it a good shake. You may need to do it with the other units too.

Self-diagnosis error: Standard NVRAM The controller cannot recognize the standard NVRAM installed or detects that the NVRAM is defective • Loose connection • Defective standard NVRAM • Defective controller 1. Turn the main switch off and on. 2. Check the standard NVRAM is firmly inserted into the socket. 3. Replace the NVRAM. 4. Replace the controller.

This is a TD sensor error. Open the right side door and look for circuit board up above the drum. Check for cracks or any other damages as well as loose connections.

Has the developer or drum been changed recently?
