Hi! My 7kg Samsung J843 Front Loader Washing Machine is not spinning at all. Makes a whirring sound but no movement. Any tips?

Hi, I've had this problem before. It was a while ago but it was either a broken belt or the belt had slipped from the correct position and needed to be put back on. It was under warranty and a service tech fixed it.

Testimonial: "Thanks! Yes that was problem. We weren't under warranty but it was still a lot cheaper to pay a guy than buy a new one!"

Hi, I have the same washing machine and it flashes UE on the error code during spin cycle when I have one thing in there, or if the clothes are uneven. I usually have to wait until the lock light goes out, re-arrange the clothes and continue spin cycle. If it is just one item in there, I usually have to manually wring it out as it will keep saying error if I keep trying to spin.

How to replace the belt on a Samsung J845 frnt loader washing machine
If you stand in FRONT of the washer, leaning over the top, the drive wheel is underneath the main drive motor, on the RIGHT hand side.  Loop the belt over the drive motor wheel, then over the main pully, and it should be good to go!
