Hi, i have my kingstone datatraveler 2gb, why is it that evertime i plug my USB, it say's - "please insert a disk into drive I", can anybody help me fixed this problem?tnks...:-)
I was using 4GB Data Traveler -Kingston flash drive without any problems for last 3-4 months. All of a sudden it has stopped functioning.
Everytime when I insert it in USB port, it says " New Hardware Found". It shows icon of flash drive as well in bottom tray. However, when I try to explore the drive, it says" Please insert a disK."
Also the drive shows 0 GB as used space and 0GB as free space.
Can anybody help me?

They will tell you how to test the flash drive to be sure that it is still working properly. If the drive is defective, they will issue you an RMA number so you can return it for a new one. Kingston support is excellent; contact them and they can help you solve this.
If you received a (Code 10) error and have more than one USB device
inserted, remove the devices and insert the Kingston DataTraveler by
itself. This error may be an indication that your particular system
cannot support more than one USB device at a time.
