The default wifi passkey is usually printed on the label stuck to the router. you can login to the router using admin admin with a lan cable connected pc start a browser and enter 192.168.1.1 into a browser to get the menu up. you can then alter the wifi passkey value to whatever value you prefer. ALL Wifi signals have a PassKey by default so you must have entered it at some stage to the working devices.

i have the same problem with my sony phone and h350. plus once i get it connected, eventually it cuts off and disconnects and i cant get the calls to transfer back to my headset. The only thing that helps is if i turn my phone off then back on and go through the pairing process all over. Then it connects perfectly. This method might work for you but it is very inefficient if you have to continue to do this. I am still looking for answers myself

To locate the bluetooth you need to set the bluetooth up into pairing mode. Do this by holding the button on the bluetooth till the ring turns purple. Then see if you can pair it to the phone.
SOURCE: how do i get h500 in pairing mode
sometimes you cant do the same things the way you are accustom to do things especially when it is old (h500).
try this make the light stays on the h500 then scan or pair the device.
also you should programme the h500 in your phone as an trusted device and you should get better results.
trust me i have the same one on my ears , and gave me hell too (smile)
SOURCE: get my headset in link mode but my phone doesn't
From my experience to sync the BT with this headset, there is a problem with the headset. Sometimes if you carefully bend the mic wand (mouth piece) backwards with even pressure it will connect to the phone. Eventually this fix will not work any longer, but it is a temporary quick fix. I threw mine away and bought a better one with no moving parts. I hope this helps and good luck.

I posted this problem a long time ago. I updated to Windows 7 and my headphones immediately worked flawlessly!!
The display being white can be due to failure of the LCD.So to confirm remove battery and reset. It can also be a fault on the linking cable or the control board.
Remove the battery and keep the phone aside to reset and try as a last resort. If not the LCD display could be faulty. Get estimate before you decide. It will be good to have it checked at the authorised service as you do not have to run around for spares.
Thank You for using fixya
