Maybe your driver is not properly installed so you need to reinstall it and see if it works. I hope that will be helpful!

(Mine is the second one down).

The Canon MP270 does seem to have a few problems. It's not one of Canon's finest products, to say the least. It seems to be getting a reputation for problems, problems...

I gave up and bought a HP Deskjet printer instead. I know that's not a fix, but I found it was the best solution!
