My W880i can't read my memory stick. when I open it, a prompt tells me that to format it. And when I pick yes, it says "Formatting Failed". And even if I go to my file manager, it says "No Memory Stick inserted". please help me. I need those Files thats in my Memory Stick!

I had the same issue. Mine was intermittant. Sometime the card was recognised, sometimes not. Formatting the stick was the only cure. Quad sphere icon -> Contral panel -> Other -> Format memory stick.

to be 100% honest ditch the phone sell it on ebay mine broke in 5 seconds flat... the buttons just break and they cost alot to replace.
