Sounds like you need to de-scale the coffee maker. Use white vinegar instead of water, and run it through until the vinegar is gone (no coffee or filter basket). Then use clean cold water to purge all the vinegar by running the water through the system the same way.
If this doesn't work, and you've purchased your coffee maker within the last year, try giving Keurig a call at 866-901-BREW. Explain your problem, and they may be able to help you or offer you some sort of replacement.
