WRT400N drops the 2.4Mhz signal every three minutes. The signal returns in 20 seconds. The 5Mhz works fine.

Sounds like you have a wiring issue ! Maybe when you installed the turn / hazard relay you moved the wiring harness in such away that made it work. Grab the wiring harness an do the wiggle test an see if it works . Mite have lose connection where the relay plugs in, close the terminals a little bit. I don't know what you know about electrical systems on automobiles or I'd tell you to do a voltage drop test to find the problem . Need volt ohm meter an a wiring diagram to do this test. It could be several things, since it is all the turn signals, not just one side or the other it narrows down possibilities. Your relay may be dying. You can swap a relay with another already in the box. Just switch one beside it from another plug(verify the numbers are the same. ) If this isn't the problem, then go for the the controller; replace your turn signal control. It is fairly easy to replace and not more than about $50.00.

If you've had this happen with two systems in a row, then it may not be the systems. First, try hooking up the PS3 directly to the TV, or another TV, and see if the issue still occurs. If it does, then something between the PS3 and the TV is causing your issue. Otherwise, call and get it replaced again, and hope the issue doesn't happen again.

you said every thing that connects with the ethernet is working. that means the wired part of the router is working. check the wireless settings of the router. Open the set up page of the router on the main computer. connect the main computer to the router with the ethernet cable.

WRT400N is a dual band router ( 2.4 GHZ and 5 GHZ)
You can create 2 different wireless networks. Make sure that the names (SSID) will be different for both the networks. For 2.4 GHZ change the standard channel to 6 and save the settings.
Go to wireless security and set the security mode to WPA Personal. set up password for the wireless network. You can use the same password for both the networks. Make sure that the Wireless MAC address is disabled.
Now try to connect to the new wireless network. and see what happens.

Your transducer needs to be adjusted so the return signal can be picked up. Some of these have to be super tuned to receive the signal. Also the transducer may be moving ever so slightly when the boat is traveling at speed. You may have some water turbulence interference all contibute to signal return.
